Our private team sessions last 1 hours and cost from £150 for groups of up to 10. The price includes the coach, venue and all equipment provided. Getting Free into Space

This session works your agility and fast feet as you learn how to take on and lose a defender, and move effectively into space. 

Set Plays

Enhancing your team work at crucial times, this session covers defensive and attacking goal line passes, side line passes and centre passes. 

Timing and Decision Making

This session is all about decision making when passing and receiving the ball. It focuses on different times to release the ball, and the preliminary movement of the players offering to receive the pass.

Attacking Movement

Essential for all players regardless of their position, this session examines effective play down court to goal by focusing on ‘give and go’ movement and attacking the circle edge. 

Defence 101

Essential for all players regardless of their position, this session equips you with different forms of defence - be that man on, off the body or zone formations.

Circle Attack and Defence

This session looks at movement specifically in and around the circle. It examines attacking feeding and shooter positioning, and works on developing defensive partnerships across the D.
