Terms & Conditions
1. Your party coach will not be responsible for the supervision of the children, they are there to provide the activity only.
2a. The Hosting Parent remains responsible for the supervision of all the children attending their party.
2b. The Hosting Parent is responsible for the supervision of children attending netball party in line with the company safeguarding policy, which can be viewed at www.netballcoachuk.com/termsandconditions
3. Payment must be made according to the details shown below.
4. Bookings are non-transferable with less than 7 days’ notice
5. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reschedule any booking which we have confirmed to you caused by events beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
6.. Netball Coach UK Ltd will not be held liable for any accident or loss that any participant sustains whilst taking part in the Netball party.
7. The organising parent is responsible for finding out any allergies or medal conditions of the party attendees and passing this information onto the coaching team on the day.
PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are not considered confirmed until the booking form is submitted and full payment is made to Netball Coach UK.
